Every technology company has a financial origin story. For Ali CNC and Forge AI, that spark came from winning a **30,000 PKR** developer grant / airdrop award through our contributions to open-source Web3 wallet integration tooling.

### Turning Tokens into Silicon

In 2023, 30,000 PKR was a modest sum of money, but to an 19-year-old builder in Rawalpindi, it was seed capital:
1. Ordered our first batch of five ESP32-S3 dual-core development boards from Shenzhen.
2. Purchased three high-bandwidth analog accelerometers.
3. Acquired precision breadboards, shielded signal cabling, and soldering flux.

That $100 equivalent grant built the very first physical prototype of our spindle acoustic sensor pod. We didn't wait for venture capital checks—we built immediate hardware prototypes with whatever resources we earned through code.
