Earning the TITAN-2M and TITAN-3M Credentials: Precision Tolerances on Global Standards
Category: Founder Journey • Published: 2026-09-02 • By Muhammad Ali
Operating in an informal regional manufacturing cluster can lead to insular thinking. To ensure our engineering rigor met global aerospace and medical machining standards, I enrolled in the **TITANS of CNC Academy** certification tracks.
### The Crucible of the TITAN-2M and TITAN-3M
The TITAN certification curriculum is notoriously demanding:
- Tight geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) down to $\pm0.0005"$ ($\pm0.012\text{ mm}$).
- Deep pocketing routines with thin-wall stability challenges.
- Rigorous feeds, speeds, and tool life optimization across hard alloys.
Completing both the **TITAN-2M** and **TITAN-3M** credentials provided official external validation of our machining practices.
Coupled with our registration with the **Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB)**, it bridged our shop-floor sweat in Rawalpindi with international manufacturing engineering standards.
